Hire a humanoid robot for your next event
Tell us your date, location and event goals. Compare supplier quotes with clear details on operators, transport and what the robot will do.
One brief goes to a small shortlist you can see. Nothing is reserved until a supplier confirms the specific robot and operator for your date.
What you are actually buying
A robot on its own is not a show. The thing that decides whether an event works is the programme, the crew and the logistics around it, so every listing has to state those.
The programme, not the joints
Each package says how the robot is driven: a rehearsed routine, an operator at the controls, bounded autonomy with the conditions written down, or custom development.
A total you can compare
Rental, operator, transport both ways, setup and branding sit on separate lines. A cost nobody has priced is shown as unknown, never as zero, and a refundable deposit is listed apart from the price.
Capacity that is real
Availability is tracked against individual machines and individual operators, including transport and setup time. The same robot cannot be promised to two events.

Suppliers are being onboarded. Rather than fill this page with examples, we leave it empty until real offers exist.
Where we operate
The country list below is where suppliers have published real coverage. Everywhere else is in the registry but not yet serviceable, and we say so rather than implying worldwide delivery.
No country pages are live yet
A country page opens when a supplier has genuine coverage there and we have written something locally useful. An empty page with a country name on it helps nobody.
How the process runs
- Describe the job. Date, place and what you want to happen. "Date not decided" is a valid answer and still gets you indicative pricing.
- See who gets it. We show you the shortlist before anything is sent. A brief is never broadcast to a whole database.
- Compare like with like. Quotes are laid out side by side over the same hours and the same scope, with unresolved items called out.
- Accept and get confirmed. Accepting sends the job to the supplier. It becomes a booking once they commit the actual robot and operator.
We do not offer instant booking or guaranteed availability, and we do not certify that any robot is safe or insured for your venue. Where a supplier is marked as checked, the badge says exactly what was checked and when. No supplier has published a package yet, so there are no counts to report.
